At Rocket, I worked alongside the Rocket Pro product design team on their new AI tool, Rocket Pro Navigate. Born out of an internal hackathon, this tool enables Rocket's brokers to resolve complex issues quickly.

Beyond core product work, I partnered with two UX and CX research interns to deliver an AI adoption proposal for internal teams to roll out.
